Have a problem get payed for my work
I am still waiting to hear from someone about this issue. They could get people in accounting to be more respectful to people when they are trying to tell them.
They could pay me the money they owe me and let's continue working on our project.
Dee that is what I want is to be paid like they promised and to continue working on our project. Not if they don't pay their people like they are supposed to

Hello, I'm not sure if this is addressed to the proper person/office, but if it's not, please forward it to the proper party or let me know to whom I should address. I thank you in advance, just in case.
I previously purchased the full Farscape series, including Farscape: Peacekeeper Wars starring Ben Browder on DVD. After a move, I decided that it is easier and more convenient to stream everything. I purchased the entire Farscape series, Seasons 1-4, on VUDU (now called Fandango) a while ago. I've been checking for years to try and get Farscape: Peacekeeper Wars to finish the series (yes, I'm one of those Farscape fans who HAD to have the story finished, lol).
I'd like to sit down and binge on Farscape, so I contacted Fandango to ask when it might become available. They responded, saying it's up to the studios what is available and that they only had access to what is shown on their listings. It is shown on their listings, but it's not listed for sale. I am trying to contact someone at Lionsgate to find out if and when it might be available for purchase since they said it's up to the studio.
And if not, I'd like to know so I don't keep looking.
I know it's a strange request; I don't know if anyone is really going to see this and give me an answer, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Have a great day and thanks for your time.

Preferred solution: I purchased Farscape series on Fandango & would like to stream Peacekeeper Wars.It makes no sense that you can buy & stream series & not be able to buy & stream the conclusion of series. Fandango said it was up to production comp.

To see if they would make or alpha and omega movies
I feel like yall should really make more of alpha and omega movies because I really like yall story lines and how it all played out . Please if you see this make some more I loved this stuff and I cant stop thinking about why not make no more of they so good and thank you

Apparently Lionsgate refuses to acknowledge they have a major problem in mastering.
Just keep waiting :( But if they've read it maybe they'll do something about it without me knowing it's fixed..
:( Thought it'd be a great upgrade but ruined by poor scanning. in a 10 min section. Literally can't watch it...

:( Visible is shaking side to side fast. Very annoying.
It's not on the OLD 2007 scan . I hope it's fixed...

I’ve been notified that Lionsgate has seen my review and they have not reached out to me or contacted me by any means. I will continue to boycott Lionsgate and let everyone know what their customer service is like and that they should not watch or purchase anything from Lionsgate until they learn how to take care of their customers!
When I added the product code, I only received one movie, New Moon. I tried to call and resolve this issue and got seven wrong phone numbers before I finally found a number, and nobody would answer when I called. I left a voicemail, and no one has called me back, so until my issue is resolved, you get a one-star rating. The code was valid and accepted, but only one was added.
I tried scanning the code again, and it confirmed that it had already been used, and I could not use it again. How do I get my digital streaming versions of the Twilight series, Lionsgate?

Preferred solution: I simply want to have the digital codes that I paid for honored I have the proof of purchase and the digital codes that did not work.

Lionsgate is one of the five studios I'm a screenwriter for, and I would like to know the budget for scripts because I'm collaborating with some awesome screenwriters. Someone referred me to Lionsgate.
I heard there are some excellent producers and directors who run Lionsgate. In the future, I want to do business with the Lionsgate company.

I cannot find one valid phone number for lionsgate. All wrong numbers or permanently busy.
My digital code is supposed to be for all of the movies and I only got 1. The entire purchase was to obtain digital copies. It is 10/17/2024.
This is the last day for redemption. It accepted the code but only 1 of movies was added to my library.
User's recommendation: Don’t waste money on lionsgate films. They will not honor their digital redemption codes.

Dvd deterioration
Have a copy of The Ninth Gate, and it has deteriorated, freezes, skips. You can see the spots of disc rot all over the disc.
Poor manufacturing. Do you have extra copies that do not rot like this?

DVDs that don't work
I bought a set of little house on the prairie at wal mart. They would not all play.
So I took it back and got another one but they said I wasnt supposed to bring it back opened. But the other one wouldnt work either. So my husband bought me another one at a different wal mart so now I have 2 and not all of the episodes will play. And wal mart will not take them back.
This is not fair to me or anybody else who may have the same issue. Please help me, Thank you in advance.

Dear Everyone at Lionsgate
I just want to let you know I've been in contact with Channel 4 and since they've said they're aren't releasing DVDs now. I feel abit disappointed for them as there's loads of TV shows that haven't been released for years for the british public. So, what I'm gonna say is could you release these show on DVD as complete collections, complete with extras as written above and English subtitles, so the British public can purchase them online or in HMV when they come out. That is to say if it's not all bother, Thanks.

Digital code already registered
Responded asking for proof of purchase and photos of the copy of the film I bought, and then responded with a new code so I could add the digital copy to my library. Issue resolved!

Blu-ray code
I just bought The Hunger Games: The Balled of Songbirds and Snakes in Canada It is a Blu-ray disc which also includes a digital download code but the code is for American users even though the disc is sold in Canada
I like their movies and think they’d be interested in my script idea, just hoping that they reach back out to me.
I still want to talk to a person who can help me write my story and get it made. I know this story is worth telling. I’m working a unfulfilling job right now and all I want to do is create story’s for people and inspire them.
I need to know how to talk to pitch a script. I'm 16 and I know filmmaking is what I need to do with my life.
